Landscapes and sound designs inspired by human emotions that fail to cross the perceptual threshold of functional (capitalist) society.

"asocial" is a project that seeks from contemplation to find a space for reflection and escape from the routine, while building an alternative that manages to expand the listener's auditory fields.

Being a project built from the intimate, the use of headphones that allow complete immersion is recommended.

- At the End, Nothing Happens EP

After the first EP entitled "Abandono" comes "At the end, nothing happens", a release that lives in the same universe and that gives rise to reflect on the complex and overwhelming moments that we face within the daily life of capitalist society. A society that seems to be trapped in a loop where boredom, tension and frustration build our normality and where every day the spaces to feel free are extinguished.

Taking as a reference the concept of Hauntology where nostalgia for lost futures is discussed, “In the end, nothing happens” tries to enter us into a dark, ominous world that at times seems to be suffocating within its own melancholy, but at the same time end, like life itself, gives way to a dim light that evokes the hope of redemption and that is committed to recovering abandoned utopias.

Created from field recordings made in various parts of Mexico City and with a process that seeks to dissociate the natural essence of sound, each of the songs can be considered as a collage where many elements coexist that in the real world did not have an obvious relationship.

Paisajes y diseños sonoros inspirados en las emociones humanas que no logran atravesar el umbral perceptivo de la sociedad funcional (capitalista).

“asocial” es un proyecto que busca a partir de la contemplación poder encontrar un espacio de reflexión y escape de lo rutinario, construyendo al mismo tiempo una alternativa que logre expandir los terrenos auditivos del oyente.

Al ser un proyecto construido desde lo íntimo, se recomienda el uso de audífonos que permitan una completa inmersión.

- Al Final, Nada Pasa EP

Después del primer EP titulado “Abandono” llega “Al final, nada pasa”, lanzamiento que vive en el mismo universo y que da pie a reflexionar sobre los momentos complejos y abrumantes a los que nos enfrentamos dentro de la cotidianidad de la sociedad capitalista. Una sociedad que parece estar atrapada en un loop donde el aburrimiento, la tensión y la frustración construyen nuestra normalidad y en donde cada día se van extinguiendo los espacios para sentir con libertad.

Tomando como referencia el concepto de Hauntología donde se habla de la nostalgia por los futuros perdidos, “Al final, nada pasa” trata de adentrarnos en un mundo oscuro, ominoso y que por momentos parece ser asfixiante dentro de su propia melancolía, pero que al final, como la vida misma, da paso a una tenue luz que evoca a la esperanza de la redención y que apuesta por recuperar las utopías abandonadas.

Creado a partir de grabaciones de campo realizadas en diversos puntos de la Ciudad de México y con un proceso que busca disociar la esencia natural del sonido, cada una de las canciones puede ser
considerada como un collage donde conviven muchos elementos que en el mundo real no tuvieran una relación evidente.
